Learning at home causing visual virus

As we all know that no school or institution is ready to stop their education process and are forced or pressurized by the parents or by other sources so the different schools and colleges started their academic year or syllabus online through different platforms like zoom, google meet or any other platforms so children who were not trained to these type of study environment are to be seen helpless and no classroom environment can cause misunderstandings or improper learning. Many doctors and newspapers also states the 20-20-20 rule which states that see the screen for 20 minutes then see ant object at 20 feet for 20 seconds with frequent blinking of eye. So this is a very helpful method to change the focal legnth of the eye and this helps to reset the eye's concentration on the screen. But in my opinion this process should stop because now many schools have started online classes for std 2nd, 3rd and 4th too and it is not beneficial at all. For strengthening the eye all the students should take green leafy vegetables like carrot, spinach, sweet potato which contains Vitamin A and Iron.
Students should take proper sleep and do some exercises to relax their muscles. The lower grade students could not properly concentrate in the class, so how can they concentrate at home with their parents? This is the biggest question of online learning. There are many aspecs like going to washroom, drinking water in between and not paying attention to the speaker that distracts the students while he/she is attending the class. There is a certain point of obsession and after that the teachers and the students get bored and stop the online learning, as many colleges have have done so. As it is said that "Learning without eye contact and active participation is useless." At the same time there are some important classes for grade 10 and 12 should continue because they are top priority students than others. As there is extra time for the children they should do some gardening if they have some space near their house and I will give some tips on it in my next blog. So  I will say that all the schools should stop online classes as these children suffer the most and will develop many problems in future and will not know about it. So at last I would say that online learning is nothing but a visual virus and keeping children engaged in a harmful way.

As my earlier blog stated the vulnerability of the online learning and the harm that was happening to the eyes of the children, there are many ways that mother nature has given us to rectify this. Gardening  is one of the way in which our physical and mental health also improves day by day. I have a big house and a big garden area too so I have varieties of flowers and fruit plants around my house. Some of the pictures you can see below and there are many.
