Instinct and Sleep

Psychological Understanding:

Instincts

Whatever we think and do is dependent on our decisions that we make when the situation arises in front of us and what we speak depends upon the psychological process which our brain does in that situation. It’s a bit of complicated matter here but let’s make it simple by taking some examples.
Simple example here we can take is that when a person hits you hard, at that time your brain thinks in few seconds, and you hit back to the person. That’s called the prompt reflex. Another example is when the teacher gives you the question paper the first thought that comes in your mind is that I have to write the answers as fast as possible because if I may think too much I could mess up with my answers. So in these examples your mind has some prompt decisions to make, and you don’t even think once why you did it.
Now we may think on the other side that why these prompt actions came into our mind? There is a reason behind it. You have heard about the phrase “dil ki suno”, that is the only reason that allows you to think deeply or promptly.
There are two types of instincts: First the prompt instinct comes from the surface of your heart. This means that once you see something like T.V. or some book or some person, the first thought that comes in your mind is the true thought about that thing or person. That is called prompt instinct.
The second instinct is just opposite to it, and you think deeply and in detail about that thing or that person. If we take the above example of someone hitting us and in return we also give an answer. So by this example we knew that, when you hit the person that was your prompt instinct, but then you think the second time that why should I hit him and if I hit him, he will get hurt. So these thoughts come from the deeper part of your heart. These are also called the planned decisions.

Sleeping

Another understanding is of one of the most complex situation that is sleeping. Here this is not explained by any scientific means but here what one thinks about sleep is discussed. When one is asked to think about sleep, he or she might think of relaxation or the way to reset the body but have you ever imagined that why we actually have an urge to sleep on when you skip the decided timings ??? The reason behind this is there are certain time slots decided by the brain to sleep accordingly. So if the brain does not get sleep in that time slots the brain hunts for that time slots to get sleep or a short nap. Now how the brain actually hunts for the sleep. Your brain processes thousands of processes at a time, so when the time comes in which your brain gives a message to the body that go to sleep, but your body keeps on working then the brain goes on auto-shut mode and turns off the processes one by one. Then you feel dizzy, and you start to get unconscious, and you get a temptation to sleep. Thus, this is how the whole process goes on inside the brain psychologically.
