Life with and without technology.

 

Life is a race and by the use of technology, it can be made convenient and easy to go on. Need is the mother of every invention and to make life more flexible and so people by using this principle, come out with some out-of-the-box inventions and as the time goes it becomes a requirement of the society.

If we think of life without technology cannot be imagined. The human race has been dependent on technology and can barely live without it. We can now also imagine that villages that sleep at 7 pm and get up at 5 in the morning. They are neither connected nor exposed to the elite level technology nor they are properly connected to society. Life before the use of technology was very peaceful and the concept of hard work existed. People made their life successful by doing meaningful work. The concept of time waste came in into existence through technology because without technology, people stayed more connected and were involved in their chores and there was a concept of family in a true sense.

Technology was to be used to make life easier but the way of using it has gone another way. Nowadays technology has been listed in the social evils in youths and has made a greater impact on the mindset of the youth. If we take a look at the book of history, we come to know that there have been scholars who were highly literate and who had much unbiased and very philosophical thinking and had made the history of golden pages for the future generations. Inventors of technology are inventing machines for the betterment of humans, but they are using them for their destruction.

This is a cycle that will never stop, and the people will get more advance with the help of technology, but they will forget the emotions and the importance of family. Previously we can take an example of the post office, people sent handwritten posts to one another and waited for days to receive the post and on top of that there were no phones to communicate, so they have to wait patiently and have to check regularly in the post office regarding the post that has been sent. Talking on the different subject of transport and electricity department, people took the distance of miles through walking, cycling, horse cart, and bullock cart. When the invention of the wheel was done, people were very happy and life was made easier and when that thing evolved, the concept of that was used in carts, carrying things, motorcycles, cars, etc. but when we see on the negative side of this then we can see that people used this invention as technology and used it for their ease, due to this people became lazy and dependent.

Now talking about on the other side that how life is with technology, it can be said that time-consuming tasks are done in no time and facilities have got advance. Phone, Computer, washing machine and other gadgets have made work easier. Sending posts was very risky, but now there are emails, and the technology at the post office has been very advance. Within few seconds message is conveyed and received without any errors. Automatic washing machines have made work easier for moms and for employees who work single-handedly. Transport has become easier and convenient, and people can travel distances in very little time and effortlessly.

Technology has helped people connect in the time of emergency. For example, to call the fire brigade and police, we dial the registered digits, and the service is available on your doorstep, so this is the development of technology. In earlier times the goons looted people and the fire when got uncontrollable, people had no way to stop it. So, this is an advantage of technology. Fighting against deadly viruses and diseases was very difficult and the mortality rate was very high in earlier times. With the upgraded and better technology inventors have got remedies to these life-ending diseases. Education with the help of technology has grown much. Earlier students were unable to get the material out of the syllabus, but now it is easier to get all the material and subject-related books and videos in no time. God has given us life and it is precious and if he wills, he can let us take all the facilities and if he doesn't, no technology can work on us, and our life will come to an end.

So, in the concluding statement, we can say that life with or without technology, both are dangerous because if we neglect technology and stay away from society, then development stops, and the work may get delayed. On the other hand, with technology people are getting slaves and the minds have become deficient in thinking and are eating the youth of the world. The time will come when people will be self-robotic which means that there will be no emotions and relations.
